El tratamiento transdérmico con cloruro de magnesio, permite al magnesio penetrar rápidamente en las células y tiene un fuerte efecto en la bioquímica celular.


El magnesio es necesario para la producción y el almacenamiento de la energía en su totalidad (ATP) y es esencial para mantener normales las funciones muscular y nerviosa

Indicaciones principales :

I )  Alivio del dolor
El aceite de magnesio es especialmente efectivo en el control del dolor. Aplicado en cualquier zona dolorida  tiene un efecto casi inmediato en dolores agudos y crónicos

II ) Salud del corazón
El magnesio coordina la actividad del músculo del corazón y es importante en la reducción de la presión sanguínea y del colesterol.  Tiene un papel importante en la prevención de la aterosclerosis y la arterioesclerosis y previene los espasmos musculares de los vasos sanguíneos que pueden derivar en un ataque al corazón.
El magnesio también puede mejorar la circulación de la sangre hacia el corazón y descomponer los coágulos de sangre que bloquean las arterias, reducir el deterioro que producen los radicales libres y proteger el músculo del corazón tras un infarto.

III ) Osteoporosis
La suplementación con magnesio mejora la densidad de los huesos y reduce el riesgo de osteoporosis. El magnesio es necesario para activar una enzima necesaria para la formación de los huesos. Estimula la calcitonina .

IV) Estrés, estado de ánimo y sueño
El magnesio disminuye con el estrés físico y psicológico y cuando los niveles de magnesio son  bajos se libera más adrenalina con el estrés. Niveles bajos de magnesio pueden llevar a estados de irritabilidad, nerviosismo, agresión y fatiga.

Incluso una deficiencia suave de magnesio causa un déficit de serotonina que conduce a la depresión y trastornos del estado de ánimo.

Mucha  evidencia  correlaciona los niveles bajos de magnesio con TDAH (Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad), ansiedad, trastorno bipolar y esquizofrenia.
El magnesio tiene un efecto calmante en el sistema nervioso. Ayuda a promover el sueño y a menudo se descubre su carencia en aquellos que sufren de insomnio.
